Classes must be booked online in advance.

You must choose the correct location to book your classes (Cardiff or Newport).

Codes are generated, and only valid for, the specific location. This cannot be changed.

One voucher per person.

May buy multiples as gifts - the gifted person must register for the class and fill in their own medical information.

You must be over 18 years of age to attend the classes and not pregnant or >3 months post partum.

12 hrs class cancellation notice required.
