This workshop is designed for people who are working on their inverts and those who are inverting but want to clean and perfect them.
In this workshop, Steph will show you how to condition and effectively prep the muscles needed for a strong and safe invert using exercises on the floor and on the pole. You will get content to take away so that you can grow your inverts at home or in the gym, working towards seamless transitions. Yes, that means no jumping!
Different entry’s, holds, hangs and dismounts may also be covered (level dependent).

This workshop will introduce you to dynamic power spins and drops on the pole, with the emphasis on building momentum in your static spins, technique for complex power spins and a step by step guide to safely executing impressive drops.
This workshop will really add a punch to your pole repertoire!
