Hey there, I'm Amy! Movement has been a part of my life since I was a little one, exploring the realms of ballet, gymnastics, and modern dance. In 2014, I dipped my toes into the world of pole dancing, and it was an instant love affair. The diverse styles and incredible fitness benefits that pole offers had me hooked from day one.

I'm on a continuous journey of learning, always hungry for new moves, styles, and techniques. You can often find me attending classes and workshops across the UK, soaking up all the knowledge I can get my hands on. As a dancer, I like to think of myself as a creative soul with graceful lines. But more than that, I've found my calling as a supportive and friendly instructor. There's nothing I enjoy more than sharing my knowledge and helping people progress towards their personal goals.

While I've taken a step back from regular teaching to enjoy the precious moments of being a mum to my little girl, I'm still around, covering classes and sharing the joy of movement whenever I can.
