If you're a beginner or just starting out, our Beginner Pole, Beginner/Improvers or Intro classes are suitable for you. If you have some experience, read our class descriptions to see which class best suits your current ability. (just message us if you aren't sure.)
Simply check out the timetable to find the class, venue, and time that suits you best!
We highly recommend trying your first class as a drop-in session. Afterward, you can enjoy savings by opting for a block booking with our 10-class packs or memberships, discount on your classes.
At the moment, we do not offer additional student, Blue Light, or other external discounts.
We work hard to keep our pricing as fair and accessible as possible across the board, and our memberships and class packs already provide discounted rates compared to booking individual classes.
This allows us to continue offering high-quality instruction, smaller class sizes, and a supportive studio experience for all of our students 💖
CRPD does offer tuition for pregnant clients with certain instructors, as long as you have a good amount of experience training pole pre pregnancy. If you are new to pole, drop us a message once you've had your baby.
We’ ask you to let us know as soon as possible so that we can advise which class is best for you going forward, for us to have a chat about training during pregnancy generally – after all pole can run a higher risk than other forms of exercise, and for us to touch base with our pregnancy PARQ.
If you are postnatal, please chat to us before signing up to classes.
Absolutely! Pole is for everybody and every body.
Pole training offers incredible benefits for strength, mobility, confidence, coordination, and fitness regardless of gender, and we’re proud to have an inclusive and welcoming studio environment.
All new students should expect to begin in beginner classes, regardless of previous fitness experience, as pole has its own unique techniques and foundations that everyone builds from.
Pole also includes flow, movement, musicality, and self-expression — and we encourage all students to embrace every side of the art form, including the sensual and expressive elements that make pole so empowering and fun.
Some of our classes are very popular and can fill up quickly. If a class you’d like to attend is full, we highly recommend joining the waiting list.
If a space becomes available and you are next on the waiting list, you’ll receive a notification and the spot will be reserved for you for 2 hours.
If you book the space within that time — amazing, the spot is yours.
If you no longer want the space or do not accept the booking within the 2-hour window, the reservation will automatically expire and the spot will be offered to the next person on the waiting list.
Lots of students get into classes through the waiting list, so it’s always worth joining!
All class cancellations must be made through the account used to make the booking.
Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the class start time will be forfeited in line with our Terms & Conditions.
Private lessons, workshops, courses, and special events may have different cancellation policies, so please make sure to read the booking information carefully before purchasing.
Please note:
• Classes, memberships, and class credits cannot be sold, transferred, or gifted to another person unless otherwise stated.
• If you can no longer attend a class, cancelling early helps other students on the waiting list get a chance to book.
For safety reasons, we have a strict lateness policy in place.
If you arrive more than 5 minutes after the class start time, you may not be permitted to join the session. We know it’s frustrating when this happens, but unfortunately the no late-entry policy is an insurance requirement due to the warm-up and safety element of class and we thank you for understanding.
Unfortunately, if entry is refused due to lateness, the class credit/session will be forfeited.
