These Membership Terms & Conditions apply to all recurring memberships offered by Chrome Roses Pole Dance (“CRPD”) unless otherwise stated within the specific membership description.

1. Membership Details

Memberships provide access to a set number of classes, sessions, or benefits per calendar month depending on the membership selected.

Membership inclusions, class allowances, studio access, Open Pole access, discounts, and benefits may vary between membership levels and will be outlined within the individual membership description at the time of purchase.

Pole classes may be booked at your current level or one level below unless otherwise stated.

Classes, sessions, or unused membership credits do not roll over into future months unless explicitly stated within the membership description.

Specialist workshops, guest instructor sessions, retreats, showcases, competitions, or one-off events are not included unless specifically stated.

2. Membership Commitment

All memberships require a minimum 2-month commitment period unless otherwise stated.

Following the initial commitment period, memberships continue automatically on a rolling monthly basis until cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Membership cancellations require a minimum of 28 days’ notice before the next billing date.

3. Bookings & Class Use

Classes and sessions are booked on a first-come, first-served basis through the booking platform.

Members are responsible for managing their own bookings and ensuring attendance within their allocated membership allowance.

Classes cancelled within 12 hours of the scheduled class start time will be forfeited.

Open Pole sessions, additional benefits, or studio access may vary depending on membership type.

4. Payments & Failed Payments

Membership payments are collected automatically each month using the saved payment method linked to the booking account.

If a payment fails:
• 3 Additional payment attempts may be made automatically
• Membership access may be restricted
• Future bookings may be removed
• Memberships may be cancelled if payment is not resolved within 7 days

Any classes attended during an unpaid membership period may be charged separately before future bookings are permitted.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Membership cancellations require 28 days’ notice before the next billing date.

If cancellation notice is provided outside of the required notice period, upcoming bookings may be removed and future attendance will require an alternative payment method.

Membership payments are non-refundable once processed except where required under UK consumer law.

6. Membership Freezes & Changes

Memberships may be frozen for a maximum combined total of 3 months unless otherwise agreed by the studio.

Freeze requests must be submitted in advance and approved by the studio team.

If a longer break is required, memberships must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

Memberships may be upgraded or downgraded at any time. Changes will take effect from the next billing date.

7. Discounts & Member Benefits

Certain memberships may include discounts, priority booking, special offers, or additional benefits.

Member benefits may vary between membership levels and may change throughout the year.

Memberships must be active at the time of booking, purchase, or attendance to qualify for member benefits or discounts.

8. Exclusions & Transferability

Certain classes, workshops, instructors, courses, or events may be excluded from membership use.

Memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared between individuals unless otherwise agreed in writing by CRPD.

9. Payment Information

Payment details are securely stored and processed through our authorised booking and payment providers for the duration of the membership.

10. Studio Policies

By purchasing a membership, members also agree to comply with:

• Studio Policies and Codes of Conduct

11. Agreement

By signing up for a CRPD membership through Bsport or directly through the studio, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Membership Terms & Conditions.
