Liability Waiver
By attending or participating in any class, workshop, event, open training session, membership, or activity provided by the studio, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
1. ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISK
• Pole, aerial, flexibility, heels, fitness, and movement-based activities involve inherent physical risks.
• These risks may include, but are not limited to, bruising, muscle soreness, strains, sprains, falls, impact injuries, equipment-related injuries, aggravation of existing conditions, or more serious injury.
• Participation is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own risk.
2. HEALTH DECLARATION
• You confirm that you are physically and medically fit to participate in classes and activities.
• You agree to inform instructors before participation of any injuries, medical conditions, pregnancies, disabilities, pain, dizziness, or other concerns that may affect your ability to train safely.
• You understand that instructors are not medical professionals and that participation decisions remain your responsibility.
• You acknowledge that the studio may refuse participation where it is believed training may present a risk to your health or safety or the safety of others.
3. FOLLOWING INSTRUCTION & SAFETY RULES
• You agree to follow all instructor guidance, studio policies, and safety instructions during sessions.
• You understand that failure to follow safety instructions may increase risk of injury and may result in removal from class without refund.
• You agree not to participate while under the influence of drugs or alcohol.
Students attending Heels or Flow classes must wear appropriate pole dance heels designed specifically for pole fitness and dance activities.
• For safety reasons, heels worn during classes should not exceed 8 inches in height unless otherwise approved by the instructor.
• The studio reserves the right to refuse participation where footwear is considered unsafe, unsuitable, damaged, or likely to cause injury or damage to studio equipment.
• Knee pads are strongly recommended for Heels and Flow classes involving floorwork.
4. PHYSICAL CONTACT
• You understand that instructors may provide physical spotting, corrections, or assistance during classes for safety and technique purposes where appropriate.
5. PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY
• You acknowledge responsibility for monitoring your own physical condition during training.
• You agree to stop participation immediately if you experience pain, dizziness, illness, injury, or discomfort and to inform the instructor.
6. RELEASE OF LIABILITY
• To the fullest extent permitted by law, you release and hold harmless the studio, its owners, instructors, staff, contractors, and representatives from claims, demands, damages, losses, or liabilities arising from participation in classes, events, workshops, use of equipment, or studio facilities, except where caused by negligence.
• Nothing in this waiver excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such exclusion is prohibited under UK law.
7. PERSONAL BELONGINGS
• The studio accepts no responsibility for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings brought onto the premises.
8. PHOTOGRAPHY & MEDIA
• You understand that photographs or videos may occasionally be taken during classes or events for promotional purposes.
• If you do not wish to appear in media content, you must notify the studio in writing before participation.
9. AGREEMENT
• By booking, attending, or participating in classes or services through Bsport or directly through the studio, you confirm that:

* you voluntarily agree to these terms
* you understand the risks involved in participation
* you accept full responsibility for your participation
