Cancellation Policy
At Chrome Roses Pole Dance (CRPD), all bookings are subject to our cancellation policy outlined below. These policies help us manage limited class spaces fairly and allow other students the opportunity to attend classes when spaces become available.
All standard classes operate under a strict 12-hour cancellation policy.
If you cancel your booking more than 12 hours before the class start time:
• Your class credit will automatically return to your class pack or membership allowance where applicable
• Single class purchases may be refunded upon written request
• Refund processing times may vary depending on your bank provider
If you cancel within 12 hours of the class start time:
• Your booking will be forfeited
• No refund or class credit will be issued
Unfortunately, exceptions cannot be made regardless of circumstances. Our classes often operate at full capacity and late cancellations prevent other students on the waiting list from accessing those spaces.
We kindly ask that all students respect this policy so we can remain fair and consistent for everyone.
Managing Your Bookings
Bookings and cancellations can be managed through:
• The Momence app
• Your Momence online account via browser login
Students are responsible for managing their own bookings and cancellations within the required cancellation window.
Waitlists
If a class is full, students may join the waiting list.
When a space becomes available:
• The next person on the waiting list will be notified
• The space may be temporarily reserved for a limited time
• If not accepted, the space will move to the next student on the list
Workshops, Events & Special Sessions
Some workshops, courses, photoshoots, showcases, retreats, guest instructor sessions, or special events may operate under separate cancellation policies.
Certain events may be strictly non-refundable.
Specific cancellation terms will always be outlined within the event description before booking.
Private Lessons
Private lessons may require a deposit or full payment to secure the booking.
Cancellation and refund terms for private lessons may vary depending on the instructor or session type and will be confirmed at the time of booking.
Transferability
Bookings, memberships, passes, and class credits are non-transferable unless otherwise stated by CRPD in writing.
