Hi, I'm Cerys, and my journey into the realm of pole dance began as a profound self-discovery after overcoming a challenging battle with cancer. Seeking to rediscover myself, I delved into the art of 'pole fitness', and little did I know that this journey would unfold into a seven-year-long love affair with the pole.

What started as a quest for self-renewal evolved into a fiery passion for dancing in heels, discovering the beauty and magic that lies within each graceful movement and learning about the authentic pole dance, its history, origins and building respect for sex workers globally. Over the years, my taste in dance styles has matured, and I find myself irresistibly drawn to the allure of old-school dance forms. From twerk and strip to cool heel techniques, I thrive on exploring a diverse range of styles, always seeking new ways to express myself.

As my journey progresses, I embrace the world of performing and competing, using these platforms to showcase, explore, and encourage the sensual and sexual dimensions of dance. I believe that pole dancing is not just a physical art form but a powerful means of self-expression, confidence, and liberation.

I am thrilled to share my experiences and knowledge with students of Chrome Roses. Teaching has become a passion of mine, and through my classes, I aspire to inspire confidence, courage, and bravery in my students.
