Make sure you keep those strength gains whilst you aren't at pole. Dedicating regular time to strength, conditioning and flexibility training will enable you to progress faster, perform better and reduce your risk of injury. This class will incorporate floor exercises chosen specifically to help you achieve your pole goals and increase your cardio health and include some of your favourite exercises from Ass Class! All levels welcome, but be prepared to work hard! Equipment needed - long resistance band or weights (for extra burn), small ball or block

Join us for some serious ass-assination to get tight, toned buns and shapely thighs. Think squats, thrusts, lunges, leg lifts and resistance bands, finishing with a nice relaxing stretch. You don't get the ass you want by sitting on it!
