Are you willing to invest an hour a week for 5 weeks to focus on YOU?
Alongside other like minded students starting right from the beginning, you will learn a small, simple routine each week, building up to one longer routine on the final week.
You will learn:
- Basic Pole techniques
- Spins, tricks & transitions
- Flow
- Floorwork
- Easy choreography
