About the event
In this workshop, Steph will show you how to condition and effectively prep the muscles needed for a strong and safe invert using exercises on the floor and on the pole. You will get content to take away so that you can grow your inverts at home or in the gym, working towards seemless transitions. Yes, that means no jumping!
