Feel like your transitions between tricks feel clunky? Come and work on foundational strength and a transitional combination up the pole, that focuses on clean lines and economy of movement to make you feel like you're floating between tricks. This workshop is aimed at those who are higher improver level (ability to comfortably climb) and upwards.
