About the event
Led by Becky, the session focuses on learning a dance routine set to music, refining your musicality, building stamina, and enhancing the flow of your movements.
This class is designed to help you seamlessly connect your dance steps for an effortless look, all while catering to the soulful side of dance.
Recommended for those at the Improver level and beyond, as this workshop requires a basic understanding of the fundamentals. and we'll exclusively be using hand grip.
Remember to bring along your socks and kneepads for the ultimate dance experience!
