Payment Plans
 

• Deposit: £100 upfront

• Remaining Balance: £450

• 3-Month Installments: £150 per month for 3 months.

• 4-Month Installments: £112.50 per month for 4 months.

• 5-Month Installments: £90 per month for 5 months.

To make the retreat more accessible, we offer flexible payment plans. Payments must be set up by you through a standing order and made monthly until the full amount is paid.

Payments should be made on time each month as agreed. If you miss a payment for more than 28 days and we haven’t heard from you, your spot may be offered to someone else. We understand that unexpected things happen, so if you can’t make a payment, please let us know as soon as possible. We’ll work with you to arrange a new payment date. However, all payments must be completed within the agreed timeframe to secure your place on the retreat.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations and transfers incur a £25 admin fee.
The retreat is non-refundable but can be transferred.
If you choose to sell your space to someone else at any point leading up to the event, please email us with contact details of the buyer so we can change all details on our system.
