  • Day 2: Leg Hang Lab
    Tips & tricks to refine positioning
    Inside & outside leg hangs made comfortable, secure, and pain-free
    Key technique adjustments for effortless hangs
    A check-in on your progress with individualised troubleshooting
    Alternative entry options to expand your skills
