Balancing the demands of being a mum, wife and a business owner, I often found myself struggling with motivation and progress. There were days when juggling responsibilities felt overwhelming, and I needed a way to stay focused and inspired. That's when I discovered the power of mindful journaling. This simple yet profound practice became my sanctuary—a place to set goals, reflect on my journey, and stay motivated. Realising how transformative this was for me, I felt compelled to share it with others. That's how the Journal was born. I wanted to create a tool that could help others navigate their own challenges, stay motivated, and achieve their goals, just as it helped me.​
